An interesting half day hike from Huaraz and a good acclimatization hike for your first day in Huaraz. This trail follows a good path surrounded by mountains and good views to Huaraz. Pukaventana canyon is amazing with high walls of clay coloured many different shades of yellows, orange and red. It is one of the best viewpoints of the city.

At afternoon back to Huaraz.
